Sofa sitting
Every once in a while, Namiko would join us on the sofa while we watch TV. This is one of those special times.
Nice and relaxed on the sofa next to me.
Her gaze fixed on the TV, as images fly across the screen.
Soon she'll become Namiko the movie guru!

Socializing
Namiko is a shy cat who runs away from unfamiliar faces. It is almost expected of her to run away when we have visitors coming to the house. Lately, however, Namiko seems to have developed more courage and would not only let the others pet her (while she lays stretched out on her back), but also to pick her up and carry her around for a bit!
What has changed, dear Namiko?! More confidence? Maturity?
"I'm a grown lady now, no more shy girl!" her confident self seems to say.
Oh how fast the young ones grow up now-a-days...

More bed time
Namiko loves to sleep... I mean really, really, really, really loves to sleep. Thus, I bring you more pictures of her doing what she does best: lay on her back and snooze.

And thus, this is how Namiko goes, sleeping towards the sunset.
I, of course, couldn't resist giving her a belly rub each time she does this.

What does Namiko do on a sunny day while I am typing away on my laptop? She enjoys a bit of sunshine at the foot of my chair.

Umm, sniffing the wheels of the chair!
I just have to be careful not to step on Namiko when I stand up. Sometimes she lies below me so silently, I forget she's even there at all.

New exposure
Namiko's YouTube video of her with the Mouse in the House toy has garnished a lot of attention lately. 
She is grateful for all the viewers and kind comments but is unsure how to feel about all this exposure for one humble, bashful feline like herself.
Contemplating the meaning of all this, Namiko gazes out into space:
"This might take a while..." her lazy demeanor seems to say.
